What I Wore Today :: Rock Concert

I love to dress up.  I do.  I would wear an evening gown to do the dishes if I wasn’t worried about getting food on it.  Nothing cheers me up faster than a lovely diaphanous, red carpet worthy gown.  So, why would the Prince concert be any different?  He, of all people, would appreciate the fanciful gesture.  {I did, ultimately, wear a purple bracelet in honor of him.}

I bought this dress for $7 at Neiman Marcus Last Call.  It was 6 sizes too big, but after some serious restructuring {easy restructuring, but restructuring nonetheless}, I made this dress my own.

I was shooting for rocker chic.  Bulls-eye.
